Shauna Rampley is the founding partner of Soaring Eagle Institute. She specializes in organizational design, leadership and team development, conflict management, interaction skills, change management, self-management, executive and management coaching and process consultation. She is a certified Challenge Course instructor and a very effective experiential facilitator. Shauna holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management.

Shauna has worked with large corporations across a wide variety of industries supporting both leaders and teams in becoming more effective and working together more collaboratively. She has also worked with the business owners in many small and medium-sized businesses to support them in tailoring their structures and teams to thrive within the changing economy.

Shauna especially enjoys supporting business leaders in their conscious creation of a learning & teaching culture and a collaborative environment. The result is that the business and all its members thrive while becoming more successful. She teaches clients to engage in Possibility Thinking in their businesses and lives so that they can get what they want — ‘the right’ customers and employees, higher profits, more fun, and ease in business and their lives.

As a faculty member at the New Mexico Division of the University of Phoenix for 17 years, Shauna taught general management and organizational behavior courses to both undergraduate and graduate students. Her 30+ years management experience include working in the banking and healthcare industry. Shauna has been consulting with New Mexico businesses for more than 25 years.

Shauna’s two favorite aspects of her work are that she is constantly challenged to learn new things while meeting a wide range of fascinating people.

DAN GERRY

Dan has held a variety of Training and Organizational Development positions in private and government organizations, specializing in strategic planning, leadership, management and communications courses and productivity improvement/business development projects.

From 2006 – 2009 Dan served as an Instructional Designer and Internal Consultant with Sandia National Laboratories’ Corporate Learning Organization. Significant accomplishments included the revision and expansion of Sandia’s Management Development Curriculum, designing and delivering new courses and facilitating successful strategic planning, business development and team building workshops.

From 2004-2006 Dan operated as an independent consultant specializing in strategic planning, leadership and team development training and consulting. Clients included the City of Albuquerque, US Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Energy, and Sandia National Laboratories.

From 1990 – 2004 Dan served as the Manager of Organization Development and Training for Philips’ Semiconductors Albuquerque chip manufacturing facility. In this role he designed and facilitated strategic planning, leadership and team development initiatives, designed and implemented quality system improvements and directed the development of computer-based technical training for equipment operators. While at Philips, Dan also designed and facilitated successful business and logistics development projects in the Far East and Europe.

From 1980 to 1990 Dan worked in PNM’s Employee Development Department, responsible for training new managers, leading strategic planning and productivity improvement projects, and facilitating onsite and offsite team-building programs. Among other accomplishments, Dan initiated and led PNM’s “Service Center Performance Team” that analyzed and improved inefficient processes, realizing over $1.3M in documented savings.
