Sometimes in meetings or other group encounters, the group’s process breaks down through no fault of the group or any one of its members. Soaring Eagle Institute provides process consultation to groups, teams, and organizational members to assist in uncovering issues, maximizing group process and enhancing productivity.
We use the tools of observation, effective feedback, action research, and shared power to professionally support the decision making, problem solving, and self awareness of the group.
